アワード&SWLカードのご連絡 / Announcement about award and SWL card

アワード&SWLカードについてご連絡いたします。

先日（7/12ころ）、対象の局へ電子版アワードの発行問合せメールと、それに添付する形で電子版SWLカードの送付をさせていただきました。
今回の送信では、すでに紙媒体で送付したアワード、およびSWLカードについては電子版の送付は行いませんでした。このため、もしすでに受け取ったアワード、SWLカードの中で、電子版のものもご希望の方がおられましたら、下記メールアドレスにご連絡お願いいたします。
これ以降に届いた報告に対しては、紙媒体でのご希望の場合でも、電子版SWLカードは送付させていただきます。電子版アワードに関しましては、今回と同様、こちらより発行希望の問合せのメールを送らせていただきます。

また、今回でのメール送信後、一部送信ができないメッセージが出たアドレスがあったため、もし対象の局の方で上記のメールが届いていない場合、下記のメールアドレスにご連絡お願いいたします。

We’ll announce about award and SWL card.
Around July 12th, an e-mail of an inquiry about electronic edition of award was sent to entitled stations, and SWL cards were attached to the massage. This time, we didn’t issue electronic editions of awards and SWL cards which had been issued by paper medium before. Because of this, if you want electronic editions in addition of paper media of them, please send an e-mail to the address as below.

Electronic versions of SWL cards will be sent for reports from this time, even if you want them by paper medium. Regarding electronic editions of awards, an e-mail of inquiry will be sent to entitled stations in the same way as this time.

Some stations may not be able to receive this e-mail due to invalid e-mail address. If this e-mail is not received, please let us know.
